Traumatic Brain Injury Verdict Against State Farm For No-Fault Insurance Benefits
Posted on Nov 07, 2009A Detroit jury recently awarded a traumatic brain injury patient more than $1,000,000 against State Farm Insurance Company in a No-Fault Insurance lawsuit. The insurance company refused to pay their own insured required benefits after he was injured in a Michigan car accident. State Farm claimed that the accident victim's brain injuries were not from the car accident, but rather from an assault that occurred many years earlier.
