Case Type: Michigan Motorcycle Accident
Facts of the Case
On September 26, 2016, Plaintiff was operating a motorcycle on E. Mitchell Road near the intersection of N. Fletcher Road in Emmet County. Our client was stopped behind another vehicle that was making a left hand turn. Without warning, the defendant rear-ended our client’s motorcycle. The force of the impact destroyed the motorcycle and caused our client to be thrown, with great force, to the pavement. The defendant had no explanation for rear-ending our client other than the fact that he was not paying attention to the roadway in front of himself. Settlement negotiations were initiated with the driver's insurance carrier.
