What We Did To Win The Settlement

Through a thorough review of the medical records, research on the procedure and the retention of a highly qualified plastic surgery expert, we were able to settle this claim pre-suit without the need for costly and lengthy litigation. Our crafting and sending a demand letter providing our theory of the alleged negligence, a detailed list of our client’s past, present and future damages, and several professional photographs was crucial in our achieving this successful result for our client. The hospital required that information regarding the case be kept confidential as a condition of the settlement.
