What We Did To Win the Settlement

We took the depositions of the parties and of other eyewitnesses. From the sworn testimony of the witnesses, it was clear that the Defendant was negligent and the only cause of the accident. We took professional photographs to show the severity of the scars and established the nature of the injuries through the medical records. We were able to negotiate a settlement of $290,000 for our client, which was in addition to the payment of her medical expenses and lost wages.
