What We Did To Win The Settlement
We immediately filed a lawsuit in Oakland County Circuit Court against the defendant driver for negligence and against AAA Insurance Company for underinsured motorist benefits. We obtained professional photographs of our client’s scarring and obtained all of our client’s medical records. We resolved the case against the at-fault driver in an early settlement. We dismissed the lawsuit in Oakland County Circuit Court in favor of binding arbitration of the underinsured motorist benefit’s claims.
