Testicular Torsion Injuries | Medical Malpractice Attorney | Malpractice Lawsuit

Comments (1)

Testicular torsion injuries are very significant must be timely identified by physicians in order to prevent significant injuries.  The condition is a medical emergency and surgery is usually necesary to repair the condition and prevent future harm.  A delay in diagnosis and treatment can result in permanent and serious injuries and medical providers who do not timely diagnose this condition may be liable under Michigan's medical malpractice laws

My son recently had a misdiagnosis of hydrocele when it was actually a testicular torsion. This resulted in the "death" of his left testicle and emergency surgery to remove it 35 hours after after onset of pain. Any help?
