Our Michigan motorcycle accident lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf a forty-eight year old client who was injured while riding his motorcycle in Monroe County near his home. The negligent driver turned left in front of the motorcycle causing the collision. The crash resulted in multiple orthopedic injuries. Our client underwent surgery on his knee. He has been hospitalized on two additional occasions because of infection and a life threatening blood clot. The wrist injury will require surgical repair.

We filed a lawsuit against the negligent driver. The lawsuit was filed in the Monroe County Circuit Court in Monroe, Michigan. No trial date has been set for the case.
