Michigan Pit Bull Dog Bite Lawsuit Filed For Lake Orion Attack

Comments (0)

We recently filed a Michigan dog bite lawsuit against a dog owner in Lake Orion, Michigan.  Our client went to her new neighbors house to borrow a broom.  While in the driveway, she was attacked by the homeowners pit bull.  The bit her on the wrist and then her back.  She has permanent scaring on her back as a result of the attack.  She is having ongoing pain in her wrist, back and leg.

The lawsuit was filed in the Oakland County Circuit Court.  Damages are being sought for her pain and suffering, scarring and disfigurement, and payment of medical expenses.  There has been no trial date set.
