Macomb County Drunk Driving Accidents

Comments (0)

A recent publication by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments discussed alcohol related accidents in the different counties in Southeast Michigan.  The number of drunk driving accidents is still staggering.  We recently added a Library Article to our website on Macomb County Alcohol Injury Car Accidents to discuss these statistics and the rights of victims in drunk driving accidents.

In these cases, it is essential to choose a lawyer immediately because of specific time deadlines for notifying bars, restaurants, and party hosts who served the drunk driver before the accident.  Most often, a detailed investigation must be performed and witnesses interviewed in order to obtain this information.  A delay in hiring a lawyer often means that essential witnesses become difficult to locate and interview and important details can be lost.
