We recently filed a Detroit car accident lawsuit against a negligent driver relating to an auto accident that occurred at the I-75 service drive at Woodward Avenue. Our client suffered severe injuries to his wrist, including a comminuted wrist fracture, when another vehicle improperly entered into the intersection and struck his vehicle. He suffered disability as a result of the accident.
The suit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan. It seeks damages for pain and suffering and disability caused in the accident. No trial date has been set for the case.
