Comments (0)
Our Kalamazoo car accident lawyers recently filed a no-fault insurance lawsuit against two insurance companies, AIG and AAA.  The lawsuit was filed on behalf  of the family of an man killed in an car accident which occurred on March 28, 2009 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  The lawsuit claims that the insurers failed to pay no-fault survivors loss benefits which are owed to the family. The lawsuit was filed in Wayne County Circuit Court and seeks payment of insurance benefits, attorney's fees, and judgment interest for the failure to pay the claims to the family members.  No trial date has been set by the court.
