Kalamazoo Car Accident Lawyers | Girl Struck by Car

Comments (0)

A Kalamazoo car accident injured a 4-year old girl on November 7, 2008.  According to reports, the girl darted into the street and was struck by a car.  The girl suffered a broken leg.

I am very sorry this accident occurred, but I am relieved that it was not much worse.  I hope this child is able to recover completely.

In an accident like this, many people are unsure of whether the girl can collect Michigan No Fault insurance benefits.  They often wonder whether she is too young or ineligible because she cannot drive.  In fact, she can get No Fault benefits as long as someone she lives with has a No Fault policy.  Assuming a parent was insured, her medical expenses will be paid for.  She may be able to collect other benefits requires them.  I would encourage her family to speak with an experienced Michigan car accident attorney before doing anything else.
