Independent Medical Examinations Are An Insurance Scam

Comments (0)

Michigan car accident victims are often the victim on a scam being perpetrated by the auto insurance companies in Michigan and a set of doctors on their payroll.   The insurance companies set up bogus "independent medical examinations" with hired gun doctors who are paid a ton of money to terminate their No-Fault Insurance Benefits.  The problem is that these accident victims have no choice but to attend these exams.   We recently added a library article on these "independent medical examinations" so you can see for yourself what your insurance company will do to cut off your benefits.
