Highland Park Lead Poisoning Lawsuit Filed - Brain Injury - Toxic Tort

Comments (0)

Our Michigan lead poisoning lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a four year old client who was lead poisoned in 2007.  His mother was renting a home in Highland Park at the time. The rental property had chipping and peeling paint and lead-based paint hazards on the interior and exterior. The minor plaintiff has cognitive deficits and brain damage as a result of his lead poisoning.  He suffers from poor attention, hyperactivity, inability to focus, difficulty with learning, and speech.    No date has been set for a jury trial in this matter.
