Golf Cart Accident Lawsuit Filed

Comments (0)
Our firm recently filed a Michigan golf cart accident lawsuit in the Allegan County Circuit Court on behalf of our client who suffered serious injuries when she was struck by a golf car in a Michigan resort community.  The woman was a pedestrian walking in the community when she was struck by a golf cart driven by a teenager, who was driving a golf cart owned by his family.  The woman suffered serious injuries to her neck and back which required surgery.

Golf car accidents often result in very serious injuries to both occupants and pedestrians.  In many cases, a civil suit for damages can be filed to seek compensation for the injuries, as well as medical bills, lost wages and other expenses.  In our case, the suit was filed against the negligent golf cart driver and his family who owned the golf cart and gave him permission to drive it.
