Detroit Motorcycle Accident Lawyer | Ann Arbor Motorcycle Accident

An Ann Arbor motorcycle accident has left a Detroit man dead and two injured.  Four Detroit motorcyclists were traveling together on southbound U.S. 23 near Ann Arbor when Anthonne Marice Anderson lost control of his motorcycle south of Plymouth Road, causing him and three others to crash.  Mr. Anderson was killed while two of his companions were hospitalized at University of Michigan hospital.

This is a very tragic accident and I am deeply sorry that it occurred.  I want to extend my sympathy to Mr. Anderson's family and also I want to say I hope that his two injured companions are able to experience a full recovery.

Although this is surely a difficult time for the Anderson family, they should take comfort in knowing that most motorcycle insurance policies would cover an accident like this one.  Life insurance and other policies may also exist to help support the family at this time.  A lawyer could assist them in submitting their claims.   Moreover, the drivers who were not at fault may have a claim against the motorcyclist who was at fault, and the drivers would be best served by consulting with an experienced Michigan motorcycle accident to determine who was at fault and to evaluate whether a lawsuit would be likely to succeed.
