Detroit MGM Grand Casino Injury Lawsuit Filed - Casino Fall - Herniated Disc

Comments (0)
We recently filed a Detroit casino injury lawsuit against the MGM Grand Casino on behalf of a client who was injured while visiting the casino.  She fell and was injured when she stepped onto carpet covering a hole in the casino floor.  The hole was apparently an electric box located in the floor which was supposed to have a cover on it.  She suffered herniated disc injuries to her lower back and a fracture to the middle toe on her right foot.  She has been disabled from work since the accident.  The lawsuit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court and no trial date has been set.
