Our Michigan burn injury lawyers recently filed a lawsuit agaisnt Cinnabon in Dearborn, Michigan.  Our client was served a pastry that contained a hot, molten filling but was not told that it was inside the pastry.  When he bit into the pastry, he received burns to his mouth, tongue, and throat.  He has pain and permanent damage to his tongue and mouth, loss of sensation and his sense of taste have been damaged as a result of the burns.  This case has been filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit.  No date has been set for a jury trial in this matter.
