Club Monte Carlo Food Poisoning in Shelby Township, Michigan

Comments (0)
Our Michigan food poisoning lawyers are investigating claims of food poisoning at the Club Monte Carlo in Shelby Township, Michigan.   The Macomb County Health Department estimates that about one hundred people became ill after attending events at the facility.  The cause and source of the food poisoning has not yet been determined, but an investigation is ongoing.

Our law firm represents food poisoning victims in civil lawsuits against restaurants and banquet halls.  Victims of food poisoning do have legal rights to pursue civil claims against the server of the food.  Many victims seek medical treatment at hospitals and clinics while others suffer for days at home, too sick to even leave for treatment.  All victims should contact our office to see if they qualify for a case.
