Chiropractic Malpractice Lawsuit Filed – Cervical Disk Injury – Surgery Required

Our Michigan chiropractic malpractice lawyers recently filed a chiropractic malpractice case against a local Chiropractor for his alleged negligence in performing a chiropractic adjustment.  The patient had no prior cervical disk issues.  As a result of an overaggressive and forceful manipulation, the patient sustained a large herniated disk, at C5-C6 and C6-C7 with rupture requiring neurological surgery.

Our chiropractic malpractice lawyers will be pursuing such case in an effort to recover both the pain and suffering that the patient has gone through as a result of the alleged negligence, as well as the out-of-pocket expenses and loss of income the patient endured as a result of such injuries.  A claim for medical expenses is also sought.  This case was recently filed in Wayne County Circuit Court.
