Cass County Car Accident

A Cass County car accident has left one man with injuries.  Lawrence Eaglebarger was injured in a single-vehicle crash when his car ran off Garret Road and struck a tree.  The accident occurred on February 13, 2009 near M-62.  He was listed in stable condition as of Saturday morning at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.

I am very sorry this accident occurred.  I hope this Lawrence Eaglebarger is able to experience a full recovery.

Many people do not realize it, but they can submit a claim for Michigan No Fault benefits even when their car is the only car involved in the accident.  This is because your No Fault insurance will cover injuries sustained in any car accident in Michigan, even if the accident was your fault.

For Lawrence Eaglebarger, this means his No Fault insurance will pay for his medical expenses, including his hospital bills and any reasonable and necessary follow-up treatment.  No Fault benefits will also pay wage loss benefits and possibly other benefits if his injuries are severe.  He should submit a claim for No Fault insurance as soon as he can, but if he has questions about his claim or if he needs assistance, he should contact a Michigan No Fault lawyer to help.
