Our car accident lawyers recently filed a car accident lawsuit in Michigan for a client in the Oakland County Circuit Court. The case arises out of a car accident that occurred at the intersection of Benstein & Glengary in Commerce MI. The client was a driver in a vehicle that was struck by a negligent driver. The negligent driver failed to see an ambulance and when our client obeyed the law and came to a stop the negligent driver struck her vehicle in the rear.
Our client suffered serious and disabling injuries. This includes several herniated discs, optic neuritis, and an adjustment disorder with anxiety. She continues to treat for her injuries and most of her medical bills have been paid by her no-fault insurance company, State Farm Insurance. The suit was filed for both the personal injury claims and some unpaid no-fault insurance benefits. No trial date has been set by the court.
