We recently filed a Ann Arbor bus acident lawsuit against a negligent driver and transportation authoriy who hit a pedestrian at the intersection of Thompson Rd. and East Williams Rd.  Our client suffered severe injuries to his ribs, chest,  left arm, left shoulder, left leg, spine injuries and injury to the head and central nervous system when he was struck while lawfully walking across the street when the defendant driver failed to yield the right of way. 

The suit was filed in the Washtenaw County Circuit Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The lawsuit seeks damages for pain and suffering and disability caused in the incident.  No trial date has been set for the case.
