Scalding Burn Injury Jury Verdict

An Indiana jury awared $1.5 million dollars to a mentally disabled man who suffered first and second degree scalding burns when he was placed in a tub of scalding water. The man was living in an assisted living program at the time. The man will need special care for the rest of his life due to his injuries.
