A Michigan motorcyclist speeding on Interstate 64 in Norfolk, Virginia lost control of his motorcycle and plunged into the frigid Hampton Roads Channel. Two sailors witnessed the accident and the biker face down in the water. They jumpted in and pulled him out of the water until EMS personnel arrived at the scene. The cyclist, is also a sailor, and stationed abourd the Dwight D. Eisenhower.
