A fatal Michigan motorcycle accident lawsuit recently settled for $1.35 million against the negligent motorist that caused the death of the 20 year old biker. The attorney and insurance company for the driver argued that the motorcyclist was travelling in excess of the speed limit at the time of the accident and could have avoided the crash, but a Michigan State Police accident reconstruction estalished that this was not the case.
