Medical Malpractice Verdict to Amputee

A medical malpractice jury verdict award in favor of a Wisconsin man was reported today. The suit alleged that his doctor failed to timely refer him to a specialist and the delay caused the man to undergo an amputation of his leg. The jury awarded him $3 million.
