Our firm settled today a rollover car accident case that occurred in Macomb County. The accident victim suffered significant injuries, including a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI), a C3-4 disc herniation with compression on cord & exiting nerve roots, and T1 & T6 fractures. She missed 18 months of work and was re-assigned to a less physically demanding job.
