A jury in Macomb County Michigan yesterday awarded a seventy year old patient a jury verdict of $1.7 million dollars against a critical care specialist for failing to administer Dopamine after a surgery. The patient suffered a stroke and has siginificant limitations as a result. The trial lasted four days and was before The Honorable Mark Switalski. The jury was only out three hours before returning with this verdict.
