Kent County Medical Malpractice Verdict

Grand Rapids, Michigan-The Grand Rapids Press reported that Kent County medical malpractice jury ordered a Michigan pain clinic and its doctor to pay a severly injured woman $6 million. The woman became paralyzed because the physician administering pain shots neglected to swab her neck with disinfectants before the treatment. As a result, she was rendered paraplegic.
