Hospital Bathtub Drowning Death Verdict

A jury returned a $5 million verdict in a hospital bathtub drowning case. The female patient drowned in the bathtub after she collapsed in a shower. The suit alleged that she was too weak to shower by herself and that she was not properly monitored.
