Detroit Bus Accident Death Settlement

The estate stranded SUV driver who was struck and killed by a City of Detroit bus driver recently settled their Michigan Wrongful Death claim for $1.5 million. The decedent was standing on the shoulder of the road when he was struck by the bus driver.
