Construction Accident Verdict

A construction accident that resulted in a leg amputation went to trial and resulted in a verdict of $4.4 million for the injured construction worker. Drywall fell on the construction worker during the project and pinned him for twelve hours. Doctors determined it was necessary to amputate his leg above the knee. The verdict was against two construction companies on the project.
