A brain injury case was recently settled by Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C. for a woman who slipped and fell on a slippery substance on a restaurant floor and struck her head. She was temporarily knocked unconscious and was later diagnosed with a closed head injury. She also suffered injuries to her mouth and teeth that required extensive dental treatment. The case settled for a confidential amount after the restaurant denied liability for the injury.
