ATV Accident Death

An Ohio man was ordered to spend 90 days in jail and serve community service for charges against him of vehicular homicide. While at a church picnic, the man gave a 10 year old girl a ride on an ATV. The ATV tipped and killed the young girl. The girls family can also file a civil suit against the man seeking wrongful death damages.
