While riding my bike in Michigan, who has the right of way in a crosswalk, the bicyclist or the driver of a car?

As a general rule and assuming traffic signals are being obeyed, pedestrians using the crosswalk have the right of way over all motor vehicles. Cyclists riding their bicycle or walking a bicycle in a crosswalk also have the right of way over all motor vehicles and bicyclists riding in the street.” (http://lmb.org/)
