Wayne County Attendant Care Benefits Lawsuit Filed Against Citizens Insurance - Brain Injury

Comments (0)
Our Michigan no-fault insurance lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a family of a 33 year old individual who sustained a severe brain injury in an auto accident in 1998.  The lawsuit claims past due benefits for attendant care which has been provided by the family for the brain injured son since his injury.

The lawsuit was filed in Wayne County Circuit Court. No date has been set for a jury trial in this matter. (Tom Economy)
