Comments (0)
Our Michigan dog bite lawyers are reporting a pit bull attack that took place in Warren, Michigan.  According to police, a pit bull mauled a 7-year-old boy on Maxwell Street on Wednesday, August 11th. This is the second attack that has taken place by a pit bull in Warren recently, leading prosecuters to consider changes.

The boy who was attacked by the pit bull suffered scratches and severe dog bite injuries to his right shoulder. According to police, the pitbull attacked the child after escaping the owners yard and breaking free from its leash.

In Warren, there are laws that apply to dog owners. They can be found in the Warren City Ordinances. However, with the two most recent attacks, prosecuters may consider changes.
