VA Malpractice Suit Filed by Michigan Medical Malpractice Attorney

Michigan medical malpractice attorney Lawrence J. Buckfire recently filed a federal tort claim lawsuit against the United States government alleging medical malpractice against a Veterans Administration Hospital.  The patient was treated at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The suit alleges that the patient was given a Definity contrast during a CT scan which caused him to have significant and permanent complications and injuries.  The  lawsuit was filed after exhausting all procedural requirements of the FTCA.  No trial date has been set by the court.
