Michigan car accident lawyers recently filed an uninsured motorist lawsuit against Safeco Insurance Company. The underlying incident occurred when an uninsured Motorist failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming motorcycle. The plaintiff was a passenger on the motorcycle. The passengers Injuries include, but are not limited to, injuries to her knee, shoulder, foot, ankle, arm, neck and back. The knee injury required surgical intervention.
The lawsuit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan. It seeks damages for pain and suffering and disability caused by the incident. No trial date has been set for the case.
