Client Testimonials

I was riding my bike in Detroit when a tractor-trailer truck pulled into my lane of travel and forced me to roll my bike into an oncoming lane of traffic. I suffered catastrophic injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and numerous bone fractures, which required multiple surgeries. I chose Buckfire & Buckfire for my motorcycle accident case and they settled it for $1,100,000.00. In my opinion, they are the best motorcycle accident lawyers in Michigan.
- Michael J. Smith, Waterford, MI

A friend then suggested that I call attorney Daniel Buckfire about my Detroit, Michigan car accident case. He spoke with me personally and understood the serious nature of my injury and began working on my case immediately. My condition worsened and I have had several surgeries. Mr. Buckfire fought hard to obtain a settlement of $1,400,000.00 for me. I cannot imagine any other attorney going to such great lengths to help a client. I am grateful for his efforts.

Toledo Law Firm Helps Owens Nursing School Students

I read a story about the Toledo law firm, Charles Boyk Law Offices, that is taking up the fight for students at Owens Nursing School.  Apparently, Owens Nursing School lost its accreditation and now students are scrambling either transfer or find a job.  The problem is that because the school is no longer accredited, it is likely that the credits for classes already taken may not transfer to the other school.  This means repeating nursing courses that were already taken and paid for by the students.

Toledo attorney Charles Boyk has a reputation for fighting for the rights of his clients in all types of civil cases, mostly against big corporations and insurance companies.  This case is right up his alley and the nursing students need his help now.  There is a limited window of opportunity for nursing students  to receive fair compensation for the problems caused by Owens Nursing School losing its accreditation.  Clearly, anyone who sits on the sideline waiting for something too happen will most likely be left out of any settlment.  Any nursing student looking to be fairly compensated should call Charles Boyk as soon as possible.
