State Farm Wage Loss Benefits Settlement - Car Accident - No-Fault Insurance

Our Michigan No-Fault Insurance lawyers recently obtained a settlement for wage loss benefits and medical expenses  from State Farm Insurance Company for the victim of a car accident.   In this case, the client was seriously inured in an accident in 2008 while she was working as an expediter transporting goods.  Her employer's insurer assumed responsibility for paying her no-fault benefits, but later on concluded that it was not the proper insurer and terminated her benefits. We immediately stepped in and demanded that her personal no-fault insurance company, State Farm, to assume payment of the benefits and State Farm agreed- paying 100% of her wage loss claim.
