State Farm Insurance No-Fault Verdict

Comments (0)
A Muskegon County jury rendered a trial verdict against State Farm Insurance Company yesterday in a Michigan No-Fault Insurance lawsuit.  The lawsuit arose when a State Farm insured suffered serious injuries in an automobile accident and made  claims for medical expenses and lost wages.  The insurance company terminated their benefits based upon a hired gun insurance company doctor's recommendation.  The jury sided with the injury victim and awarded more than $70,000.   There will be additional penalties assessed against State Farm.
