We recently settled an
Ingham County car accident case against
Auto-Owners Insurance Company for our clients, a husband and wife. They were injured in a car accident and suffered shoulder injuries. The insurance company underpaid several of their
No-Fault Insurance Benefits that were due as a result of their injuries in the accident. These included unpaid medical expenses.
We also determined that our clients were entitled to
Uninsured Motorists Benefits because the negligent driver did not have car insurance. Under their own policy, they could recover for their injuries. The insurance company paid these benefits at the mediation.
