Our firm just recently filed a
nail salon negligence case against a Detroit area nail salon on behalf of a client who suffered a significant infection after having a pedicure. The suit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court and alleges that the salon failed to use sanitary equipment and methods before performing the pedicure. Our client suffered a serious infection as a result and has been receiving medical attention ever since. We expect more of these cases to be filed in the near future.
