Our motorcycle accident attorneys in Michigan recently filed a case on behalf of a biker injured in a Roseville accident. The biker was in the right turn lane at the intersection of Eleven Mile Road and Gratiot Road when the negligent drive exited out of the parking lot in the path of our client. Our client laid down his bike to avoid striking the vehicle and to protect himself against a fatal accident.
The injured biker suffered a significant right shoulder injury. The shoulder injury included a fracture deformity with marrow edema involving the glenoid with labral tear and cortical deformity with marrow edema involving the humeral head near greater tuberosity. The injury required extensive treatment and continues to cause disability to the client.
The lawsuit was filed in the Macomb County Circuit Court against the negligent driver. It seeks damages for the pain and suffering and disability suffered by the injured biker. No trial date has been set by the court.
