Motorcycle Accident Injury Lawsuit Filed Against Drunk Driver

Comments (0)
Our Michigan motorcycle accident lawyer recently filed a motorcycle accident lawsuit for a biker in the Lenawee County Circuit Court. The case arises out of a motorcycle versus motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of US 12 North Adrian highway, Clinton Michigan. The client was the operator of a motorcycle involved in an accident with an automobile.

The driver of the car was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content in excess of .30, which is nearly 4 times the legal limit. The drunk driver took a left hand turn in front of the motorcyclist, causing a significant impact.

The motorcyclist suffered catastrophic injuries, including a traumatic brain injury. The motorcyclist will reside in a medical institution for the remainder of his life. The lawsuit seeks damages for his personal injuries and loss of income. No trial date has been set by the court.
