Motorcycle Accident Death Lawsuit Filed | Detroit Motorcycle Accident Lawyers

Our Michigan motorcycle accident lawyers just filed a fatal motorcycle accident lawsuit yesterday in the Wayne County Circuit Court.  The biker suffered fatal injuries while riding on I-275 in Romulus after being struck by a tire that separated from a trailer being pullled by a pick-up truck.  The lawsuit seeks money damages for his death and all other damages permissible under the Michigan Wrongful Death Act.
