The
Michigan hair and nail salon injury lawyers have recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman who was infected at a nail salon. The lawsuit alleges that the owner of the salon caused our clients' injuries due to the unsanitary conditions at the salon. We hope to reach a settlement which will compensate our client for her medical expenses, infection, pain and suffering, and all other damages. We are also prepared to take this case to trial so that our client can have her day in court and seek a public judgment by a jury of her peers for her injuries. We will try our best to reach a settlement before the case goes to trial, but if we are unsuccessful in getting our client all the compensation she deserves, we will go to trial and take her case to the jury.
