Michigan Motorcycle Lawyer Settles Accident Case

Our Michigan motorcycle accident lawyers recently settled a case for our client who suffered a fractured wrist and knee injury in a Sterling Heights motorcycle accident.  A motorist negligently pulled in front of him and caused the accident.  He required surgery for the fractured wrist.  The at-fault driver's insurance policy paid a settlement of $142,500, which was virtually all of the $150,000 in insurance coverage available for the claim.  The biker also received Michigan No-Fault Insurance Benefits in addition to this settlement.
